You will be required to send the Items to a post office or courier upon your reservation, bearing the shipping costs at your own expense and taking advantage of the return times which do not depend in any way on GlitterStoreMode.
Please ensure that the products are in the same condition as you received them, with all tags attached, we will only replace or refund New and Unwashed items, so items that have never been worn other than for trial can be returned within 14 days.
If the goods check has a negative outcome or does not meet the conditions, the package will be sent back to you. If the goods check has a positive outcome, we will proceed as follows: we will send you a Coupon / Discount Code equal to the value of the amount of the returned item with which you can place a New Order without any time limit, or if the item is not available, we will send you a Refund through the same payment method used at the time of purchase on this website (in the case of payment in "Cash on Delivery" the refund will be made via Paypal or Bank Transfer, to the details expressed / declared by the Customer via Email during his request in the procedure indicated above).
The request will be handled within 3-4 working days following the date of receipt of the returned goods at our warehouse.
