Glitter Store Mode will use those indicated by the customer at the time of purchase in the cart on this site as shipping data.
Glitter Store Mode cannot be held responsible for failure or delay in delivery due to incomplete or incorrect addresses or without useful information to identify the place of delivery.
Each shipment contains: the product(s) ordered; the relevant Transport Document/Accompanying Invoice; any accompanying documentation required (based on the country of shipment) and any information material for marketing purposes.
Each shipment is associated with a Tracking Number which will be communicated to the customer via email, with which it is possible to monitor the package's path online and find out its location.

Fulfillment timing
Orders will be processed within 5 working days of payment confirmation and shipped via GLS courier in Italy and DHL in the Rest of the World.

Orders placed over the weekend will be processed starting the following Monday morning. Finally, if carried out on a public holiday, they will be processed starting from the next working day.

Delivery to addresses located in Italy takes approximately 24 working hours.
Delivery to addresses located in the European Union takes approximately 24/48 working hours.
Delivery to addresses located in the Rest of the World can take a maximum of 7 working days.

Shipping is free only in Italy for orders equal to or greater than €80
