Glitter Store Mode will use the shipping information provided by the customer at the time of purchase in the cart on this site.
Glitter Store Mode cannot be held responsible for failed or delayed deliveries due to incomplete or incorrect addresses, or addresses that do not provide the necessary information to identify the delivery location.
Each shipment contains: the product(s) ordered; the relevant Transport Document/Accompanying Invoice; any required accompanying documentation (based on the country of shipment) and any informational material for marketing purposes.
Each shipment is associated with a Tracking Number that will be sent to the customer via email, allowing them to monitor the package's progress online and find out its location.
Processing time
Orders will be processed within 5 working days of payment confirmation and shipped via GLS courier in Italy and DHL to the rest of the world.
Orders placed over the weekend will be processed starting the following Monday morning. Orders placed on a holiday will be processed starting the next working day.
Delivery to addresses located in Italy takes approximately 24 working hours.
Delivery to addresses located in the European Union takes approximately 24/48 working hours.
Delivery to addresses located in the Rest of the World can take up to 7 working days.
Shipping is free only in Italy for orders equal to or greater than €49.
